At The Vinedresser Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, please review our exchange and store-credit policy below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of:

• The original purchase date for in-store purchases
• The delivery date shown by the postal carrier for shipped orders

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will receive an exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible, merchandise must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other odors
• Have all original tags attached
• Be accompanied by the receipt or order information
• Be returned within the 14-day return window

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit:

• Sale and clearance merchandise
  
• Jewelry and accessories
• Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear
• Fragrance products
• Makeup and cosmetic products
• Tanning products
• Gift cards

In-Store Returns

Eligible merchandise may be brought to The Vinedresser Boutique within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Approved returns may be exchanged for another item or issued as store credit.

Returns by Mail

Shipped orders must be mailed back within 10 days of the date the package was marked as delivered.

Before mailing your return, please contact us at info@thevinedresserboutique.com and include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• Your reason for returning it

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Vinedresser Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and make it right if the claim is approved.

Exchanges and Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

If approved:

• You may exchange the item for another available item, or
• Store credit will be issued for the merchandise purchase price

Shipping charges are not included in store credit. Store credit does not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and payment information before completing your purchase.

Returns We Cannot Accept

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

• It is received outside the 10-day return window
• The item appears worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
• The item has odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or signs of wear
• The original tags have been removed
• The item was marked final sale
